Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara Review

Hello everybody,

how wonderful is finding out a product that you didn't expect being so good? It happened to me when i discovered the Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara.
Many youtubers and bloggers claim it's a dupe of the Roller Lash by Benefit that i unforunately don't own (i'm hoping to get a mini size soon) so for now i can't make a comparison.

Mr. Bunny is shy today!

When i first saw this mascara i wasn't sure to buy it or not, because i had almost 7 different mascaras already opened that i didn't want them to become dry before using them all. But eventually I couldn't resist and from the moment i started using it i was completely in love. Before this mascara i really loved the l'Oreal Telescopic one but now the Lash Sensational almost replaced it...i say "almost" because when i'm in a hurry i use the Telescopic that i can apply in one second without doing a clumpy mess, especially to my lower lashes :P
It has an intense black colour that i really enjoy.

The wand is rubber, which is my favourite type as they gives lots of definition and lenght. The brush is curved, which allows you to get into the lashes and separate them.
It doesn't give lots of volume but it depends on what effect you want. For everyday i prefer long defined black lashes rather than dramatic and volumized, so this baby gives me exactly what i'm looking for.

Application: When i freshly opened it i had some troubles in the application because the brush picked up too much product and i had to use a disposable brush to separate the lashes that was all stuck together. After two weeks the mascara dried out a bit so i didn't have this problem again unless i put three coats of mascara, in this case the lashes looked spidery. I have to say that, with every mascara, i always apply two light coats to avoid any clump.

No mascara
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara (two coats)

Staying power: It's not waterproof formula but i assure you it resists perfectly to water, i have to put eye drops four times a day and it doesn't melt or smudge, not even crumble during the whole 12 hours day. You take it off easly with an oily makeup remover or micellar water.

And here is my silly face with foundation, blush, lipstick and Lash Sensational mascara. You can immediatly notice the black defined lashes.

Make Up Forever Ultra Hd Foundation; Revlon Blush in "Naughty Nude";
Lash Sensational Mascara; Wycon Liquid lipstick in "Nude"

Will I repurchase? Probably i will. It's a faboulous mascara, very affordable and it separates my lashes so well that when i look myself in the mirror it looks like i am wearing falsies :D

Take care my dears! :-*
